The estimated delivery time provided on the product details is an approximation and may be subject to change based on factors such as product availability, delivery address, courier issues, and unforeseen circumstances affecting the delivery process.
Autofit.in assures you that your shopping experience is secure, and you have the option to cancel your order in the event of a shipment delay by contacting Customer Support.
Each order is shipped to a single destination address specified during payment. If you need to ship products to different addresses, multiple orders must be placed.
On autofit.in, products from various sellers may have shipping charges that are not fixed and depend on factors such as the product's nature/category, dispatch location, and gross weight. These charges are in addition to the product's listed price.
The shipping charges for your order will be communicated to you before the order is finalized. If you place your order via the call center, the shipping charges will be mentioned by the order taker. If you order online through the website or mobile app, the shipping charge will be visible on the shopping cart/payment page.
It's important to note that any delays in delivery caused by unforeseen circumstances or courier companies are beyond the control of autofit.in. The company is not liable for any delays, and it's recommended to contact Customer Support if you encounter any issues with your delivery.
Kindly check with your neighbors/security guard/other people in the house if they have received the delivery. In case they haven’t, please report the complaint at our email (support@autofit.in) or call us at +91 9899014820. Our team will investigate the issue and assist you on this.
Note: We will not be able to accept the complaint received after 07 days of delivery marked as per the courier policy.
