Return Policies

We at Autofit.in are dedicated to ensuring your complete satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return the product within 7 days from the delivery date, provided it is in its original packaging.

Here are the simplified terms and conditions:

  1. Returns/Refunds for damage, defect, quantity mismatch, or description mismatch are accepted within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Replacement/Refunds are processed after receiving the product back and completing a quality check.
  3. Products showing improper use, handling, or physical damage won't be Replaced/Refunded.
  4. Returns where customers simply don't want the product, even if the description is accurate, will not be accepted.
  5. In case of an empty box or missing item, report it within 24 hours of delivery to avoid rejection of the complaint.
