We at Autofit.in are dedicated to ensuring your complete satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return the product within 7 days from the delivery date, provided it is in its original packaging.
Here are the simplified terms and conditions:
- Returns/Refunds for damage, defect, quantity mismatch, or description mismatch are accepted within 48 hours of delivery.
- Replacement/Refunds are processed after receiving the product back and completing a quality check.
- Products showing improper use, handling, or physical damage won't be Replaced/Refunded.
- Returns where customers simply don't want the product, even if the description is accurate, will not be accepted.
- In case of an empty box or missing item, report it within 24 hours of delivery to avoid rejection of the complaint.
